Inaugural Meeting

‘‘ELITEMIND’’ had her inaugural meeting at Kelvin Chubby Ben-Walson’s Residence, Onopa Town, Yenagoa Bayelsa State, on the 13th of September, 2015 with the following friends in attendance; Mr Kelvin Chubby Ben-Walson, Engr. Geku B Morris, Dr. Tariwari Angaye, Dr Ken Inegbegha, Mr Tonye Austine Mieseigha, Mr Onakpoma Rhivwe Perekime, Mr Izo Fanti, Mr Oyinkuro Ziworitin, Mr Benjamin Bekeh, Dr Douye Victor Zige, Dr Tuebi Wilson, and Mr Henry Osusu.

ELITEMIND have evolved to become more captivating with the following founding fathers:

PROCESS OF INDUCTION OF NEW MEMBERS

  • Intending members shall obtain a Registration form from the secretary with a nonrefundable fee of N1000 only.
  • Only when an intending member meets the requirements of registration shall such member start the process of becoming a member.
  • Completed form shall be submitted on the day of introduction.
  • A simple majority of a quorum shall vote in favor of the new member.
  • A new member shall undergo an understudy period of four meetings (starting from the meeting of introduction).
  • The new member shall pay her dues of N1500 from the month of admittance.
  • During the understudy period, the new member(s) shall not be allowed to vote, but shall be allowed to make meaningful contribution.
  • Within the understudy period, new members shall study the bylaws, ask questions where clarification is needed and observe meeting procedures.
  • Qualification of member(s) shall be a minimum of OND.
  • Intending members shall be 18 years and above.
  • A new member shall complete the understudy period before getting the benefits of an active members.
